It is a classic but children love it and my fridge needed clearing out. It is a sunday

Ingredients

30 min
1.5 liter
  1. 1 canpassata (500ml)
  2. 1 lfresh vegstock or cubes
  3. 50 grsoft cheese or light cream
  4. 2celery sticks
  5. 1/2spanish onion
  6. 2small carrots
  7. 1leek (white bit)
  8. 3tomatos
  9. 1 clovegarlic
  10. 1 tbtym
  11. 2 tbvegeta powder (turkish all-purpose herbs)
  12. 1 tb(coconut)oil
  13. 2small potato

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut all the veg and garlic

  2. 2

    Heat the oil put in the onion,leek,celery,carrots and garlic. Cook for 5 min on a lot heat.

    Put in stock,passata

  4. 4

    Add potato and tomato

  5. 5

    Season with herbs. Add salt if needed

  6. 6

    Cook until veg are tender enough to blend

  7. 7

    Put in the cream cheese

  8. 8

    Mix

  9. 9

    Garnish with basil and a tiny bit of cream cheese. or freez
