Ingredients

  1. 3 bunchspinach
  2. 2 bunchfresh green garlic
  3. 1 packetfrozen paneer
  4. 1onion on big size
  5. 1tomato big size
  6. 6-7green chilies
  7. 3 tablespoonsButter
  8. 2 tablespoonsoil
  9. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  11. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  12. 1-1/2 tablespoonsred chilli powder
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 3-4 tablespoonsdry fenugreek leaves
  15. 1 teaspoongram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Sab se pehly to palk ko boil karyn ziada nhn bsss boil aty hi pani me palak dalyn aur 2-3 minutes boil kar k taiz thandy pani me dal dyn.

    Gram pani se nikal kar thandy pani ke 5 minute k lie chir dyn. Us k bad blender me palak aur green chilies dal k usy blend karlyn. Fine paste bana lyn.

    Ab pil me paneer ko shallow fry karlyn.

    Pot me butter add karyn aur halki flame par karyn wrna butter jal jayga.

    Panner ko fry kar k alag rakh lyn. Palak aur green chilli ka paste bhi side me rlh dyn aur piaz ko bhi paste bana lyn. Nhn to blkul bareek kat lyn.

    Butter me zeera dalyn ginger garlic paste dalyn aur fry karlyn.

    Tamater ka bhi paste bana lyn ya bhi blkul bareek chopped karlyn. Piaz aur tmater ka pate aik sath bhi bana skty hyn.

    Ab pot me tomato paste dalyn spices dalyn aur halki anch par bhoon lyn.

    Thora thora pani dal k bhonty jayn. Jab tak oil / butt separat na hojaye

    Ab palak wala paste kardyn aur usy bhi halki flame par bhoon lyn jab tak pani dry na hojay. Phr fry kia hua paneer add kardyn.

    Hara lehsun bareek cut karlyn. Aur palak me shamil kardia

  12. 12

    Gram masala add karyn aur kasuri methi dalyn. Agar fresh hy to fresh add kar skty hyn.

    Mix karyn aur gram gram naan k serve karyn. 💚
