High protein pancakes High protein pancakes
Kamut contains approximately 7 grams of protein per 1/4 c. The protein powder listed in this recipe contains 13g of protein per scoop. Each organic brown egg contains about 6g of protein. Each 1/4 c of raw whole milk contains approximately 2g of protein.I believe these pancakes contain a minimum of 15-20g of protein per serving.MiraclesHappen

Hacked Pancakes - Lowest Cal (Gluten Free) - Initial Release 1.3 Hacked Pancakes - Lowest Cal (Gluten Free) - Initial Release 1.3
Similar to my 'Fully Hacked Pancakes', this was an attempt however at a pancake that can be assembled from ingredients you can find in a normal grocery store. Low carb (but doesn't go too far to eliminate them), High in fiber, High in protein. This pancake is engineered for mass consumption / fluffy / low calories. Typically 3 inch pancakes are about 100 calories. These pancakes should clock in under 100 calories for the whole batch (3 pancakes).Food Hacker

Russian-style Pancakes (Gluten-Free) Russian-style Pancakes (Gluten-Free)
Since the Winter Olympics will be held in Russia, I came up with a low-sugar and gluten-free Russian recipe.Very low in sugar, and full of protein, this pancake is healthier than your ordinary fare. Traditionally raisins are used in the batter, but I omitted them since they elevate blood sugar levels. For those concerned about sugar, I recommend using Lakanto. Recipe by Maxerbear cookpad.japan -

Thick Chewy Pancakes Made with Silken Tofu Thick Chewy Pancakes Made with Silken Tofu
When I was thinking about making pancakes, I looked in the fridge and found tofu."If I added tofu to pancake mix, how would it taste??" I wondered. I tried it and...it was more delicious than I thought.Even when they're cool, these pancakes are chewy. They burn easily, so cook them patiently over very low heat. After you add the pancake mix, be careful not to over-mix!The batter is thick since there is no liquid in it, and that's what makes the pancakes turn out so thick. You could also add a bit of milk or soy milk.
