We all make burgers 🍔 and enjoy eating with family . My kids love burgers so I keep on trying to make new recipes. My husband is little conscious about eating healthy and try to avoid mayonnaise. This time I have tried burgers with yogurt & cucumber 🥒 dip and believe me its a must try recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmschicken fillet
  2. 1 tbspvinegar
  3. 1 tbsppaprika powder
  4. 1 tbspolive 🫒 oil
  5. 1 tspzeera powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tsponion 🧅 powder
  8. 1 tspgarlic 🧄 powder
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspgaram powder
  11. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspsugar
  13. ✅ Yogurt & Cucumber 🥒 dip
  14. 1 cuphung curd
  15. 1cucumber 🥒 grated
  16. 1green chilli chopped
  17. 1 tbspfresh coriander chopped
  18. 2garlic cloves chopped
  19. 1 tbsplemon 🍋 juice
  20. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  21. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken fillets with salt, sugar,
    Vinegar, olive oil, kashmiri chilli powder, paprika powder, garam masala, onion powder, zeera powder, coriander powder, vinegar for 2 hours.

    I always marinate chicken fillets in bulk and freeze them.

    Grill chicken pieces or pan fry with just 1 tbsp oil.
    Now cut chicken fillets into strips and keep aside.

    Grate cucumber and squeeze out water completely.
    Beat yogurt with fork.
    Add green chilli, chopped coriander, garlic, salt & red chilli flakes.

    Chopped garlic & squeezed lemon 🍋 juice.

    Beat yogurt with fork. Don’t blend.

  7. 7

    Take long buns and slit from one side.
    Apply little yogurt dip.

  8. 8

    Fill the buns with grilled chicken.
    Again pour yogurt dip.
    Serve hot.
