Cooking Instructions

In a bowl egg whish lightly, add salt and pepper and mix again

Add milk and whisk

Heat a nonstick frying pan add butter,when it melts tilt it to spread. Now add egg mixture and wait till it set's, don't stir it. Than stir it lifting and folding it over from bottom of the pan. Wait for few secs to let it set,than fold again.

When it's set and cooked take it out from pan and serve this soft egg with toast.
