Ingredients

15 minutes
2 to 3 people
  • 6large eggs (farm fresh preferred)
  • 1 1/2 Tbspchicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Smoked Paprika
  • 1 TbspButter
  • 1/2 CupGrated Cheese (optional)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Whip together vigorously 6 eggs, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Melt butter in frying pan and pour in well whipped eggs. The secret is getting a lot of air mixed in

  3. 3

    Don't over work the eggs while cooking but a slow continous pushing of eggs from edge of pan to the middle works best for me.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with paprika and serve

I have had a love for cooking since my dad told me I made the best scrambled eggs he had ever tasted. I think I was about 12 years old. I love trying new herbs and spices to create bold flavors. I'm married and have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Hope everyone enjoys my recipes.

I’ll have to give this a try because I always had have chicken bone broth on hand and use it for the added benefit of collagen and more protein than in reg broth/stock. But I use filtered water in my scrambled eggs. I read years ago that water makes the eggs fluffier than does milk/cream. I add a bit of water, grated cheddar or Colby cheese, salt & pepper. They are great, but I want to try yours, too! Thanks for sharing the recipe! 🍳
