Grape nut bread

This recipe specifically written for a KitchenAid stand mixer.

Years ago a boyfriend of mine fondly remembered his late mother’s cranberry nut bread and showed his mom’s recipe to me. So one day I made it to surprise him, only that the surprised one was I. I found this recipe online and I tweaked it a little.

I am into bread this week. I am meeting a friend this evening and instead of a bunch of flowers . I gonna give here this bread and some homemade jam.

It tasted really nice, not to sweet , not too bland. I think I'll ve making my banana brad like this for now on

This has always been my favorite way to use ripe bananas. You can also freeze ripe bananas and use for this recipe at a later time. Yummy.
