Ingredients: 3/4 cup oatmeal; 3/4 cup Wheat flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tbsp coffee powder; 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds; 2 tbsp sesame seeds; 2 tbsp coconut grated; 2 tbsp chocochip; 2 tbsp dryfruit (almond and cashews); 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar; 1 egg

#bandhan Mocha cookies ..very healthy ..used only oat ,Wheat flour bit of oil and loaded with seeds and nuts . Perfect with tea and coffee ..guilt free treat

3/4 cupoatmeal
3/4 cupWheat flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 tbspcoffee powder
2 tbsppumpkin seeds
2 tbspsesame seeds
2 tbspcoconut grated
2 tbspchocochip
2 tbspdryfruit (almond and cashews)
1/4 cupvegetable oil
1/2-3/4 cupbrown sugar
1egg

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Grease and lined baking tray

Sift together wheat flour, oatmeal and soda well and coffee powder too

Now add all seeds and nuts and chocochips in to sifted flour

Beat egg in separate bowl add oil and brown sugar. Mix well

Add wet ingredients to dry Ingredients. Make a dough

Make lemon size balls and press with fork.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Till golden brown colour.
