Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsMaida :
  2. Powder sugar : 1 and 1/2 cup
  3. 2 tspBaking powder :
  4. 1 pinchSalt
  5. 3 tbspMilk :
  6. 2 tbspCocoa powder :
  7. 1/4 tspBaking soda :
  8. 4Eggs :
  9. 1/2 cupOil :
  10. dropsVanilla essence : few

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix well.

    In a bowl add eggs and beat well for 2-3 minutes then add vanilla essence and oil and mix well, then add powder sugar and beat well. Now add all the dry ingredients and milk if required and mix well.

    In a small bowl add cocoa powder and milk to make pasre and set aside. Half the cake batter equally and add cocoa powder paste in half batter and set aside.

    In a greased baking pan and first add plain batter and then cocoa batter again plain batter and then cocoa batter repeat this step until batter is finished then take a toothpick and make flower then bake on preheated patila for 30-35 minutes on low-medium flame.
