Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsroasted semolina (rava)
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped onions
  3. 1 cupfinely chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  5. 1 cupfinely chopped carrots
  6. 1/2 cupfinely chopped beetroot
  7. 1 cupCurd
  8. 2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspfinely chopped green chillies
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 cupsesame seeds
  12. As requiredOil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

10 - 15 minutes

    Be ready with all the ingredients.

    Mix all the chopped vegetables.

  3. 3

    Now add seasonings and curd.

  4. 4

    Spread the mixture over the bread slices

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the bread slices

  6. 6

    Cook on a non stick pan till the bread turns crispy and sesame seeds turn golden.

    Cut length wise.

  8. 8

    Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
