Ingredients

  1. 1 cupssuji/ semolina
  2. 1/2 cupghee
  3. 1 stickDarchni
  4. 3pice Green cardamom
  5. 1 cupmango pulp
  6. 1 cupshot water
  7. 1 cupssugar
  8. 1/2 cuppistachio,coconut,Raisins and almond for garnish
  9. 1 tspcardamom (elaichi) powder
  10. 1 cupcubs cutting mango

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the ghee in a pan, add the darchnistick,green cardamom and golden brown and add semolina and saute till it turns light brown.

    Add the mango pulp and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.Add the hot water and sugar. Stir continuously, no lumps remain and cook till the water is completely dried and the sugar is melted.

    Add the pistachios,coconut,Raisins, almond,cardamom powder and mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.Serve hot.now mango halwa ready.
