    Pyaaz ko oil me fry krlen. Jab wo achi tarah brown hoajey to lehsan Adrak paste daal kar bhune.

    Thora pani add krne ke baad tomatoes or garam masala ke ilawaa tamam masalay add karein. Or bhun lein ke tomato gal jayr or oil nikal aaye.

    Isme chicken ko dho kar add karein or bhune

    4 se 5 min baad isme aalu add krlen. Aalu daal kar bhi achi tarah bhune ke aalu ka colour yellow hijaye or phr pani daal kar mediym flame par pakne dein 6 se 7 min baad check krlen ke aalu gal jaaye or flame ko ahista krfe ke oil nikal aaye phr isme garnish ke saman add kar ke dam par rkhden.
