Ingredientes

  1. 2Tablespoons butter
  2. 2cups cultivated mushrooms, thinly sliced
  3. 1quantity bechamel sauce(see recipe of bechamel sauce)
  4. 3tablespoons heavy cream
  5. salt and pepper

    Melt the butter in a pan.

    Add the mushrooms cover and cook over low heat for about ten minutes until they release all their liquid.

    Remove the lid, increase the heat and boil off the liquid.

  4. 4

    Season with salt.

  5. 5

    Heat the bechamel sauce and stir in the mushrooms.

  6. 6

    Season with pepper to btaste and gently fold in the cream.
