Agar dough sticky lagay preshan na ho hand wash kar ke hand Grease kar ke ball banay 12 ball banay gi

Other side par ap sheera ready Kar lay water sugar Elaichi rose water or zardai rung dal ke sheera bana lay bus sugar dissolve ho jaye sheera ready ha

Ab medium hot oil me sub ball dal day slow flame par golden brown kar lay

Ab sheera me dal day 5 mint baad kissi kapray se pakar kar hila day sub ball achay se dip ho jaye

Note sheera zyada garam na ho itna ho ap ki finager is me dlaay to garam lagay

10 mint baad turn change kar day upper se khopra chandi work pista dal ke serve karay
