Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsPasta
  2. 1Carrot
  3. 1Capsicum
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 4 clovesGarlic
  6. as neededOil
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  9. 2 tbspTomato sauce
  10. 1 tspmixed herbs

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta with salt and water.

    When it becomes soft, drain the water and strain it.

    Cut all veggies finely.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan and put finely chopped garlic.

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

    Add chilli powder and veggies.

  7. 7

    Add salt and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

    Add mix herbs and tomato sauce.

  9. 9

    Add boiled pasta, mix well and cook for a minute.

    Veggie pasta is ready.
