Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsfull cream milk +1/3 cup milk
  2. 4 tbspmilk powder
  3. 4 tbspsugar
  4. 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  5. 1 cupAlphonse mango pulp

Cooking Instructions

    Keep milk for boiling, stirring constantly.

    Dissolved milk powder in 1/3 cup cold milk.

    When boiled milk is half in quantity,add milk powder+ milk mixture in it. Mix well.

    Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Off the flame. Add condensed milk and cool completely at room temperature.

    Add and mix Alphonse mango pulp in cooled milk mixture.

    Pour this prepared creamy mango mixture in kulfi moulds. Cover with lids. Keep in freezer for 8 hours.

    At the time of serving..Rub moulds with your hands. So mango kulfi will come out easily from frozen kulfi moulds. Relish Cool Cool Alphonse Mango Kulfi in dessert.
