Ingredients

  1. 2boiled potato
  2. 1/2 cupchopped spinach
  3. 1chopped green chilli
  4. 1 tsp grated ginger
  5. To tasteSALT
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 3/4 cuppoha
  8. 1chopped onion
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/4 tsp amchur powder
  11. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  12. 2 tbschopped coriander
  13. as neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First wash poha and SOKED for about 10 Minute.

    In a large bowl add GRATED POTATO, soaked poha and rest of INGREDIENTS.

    Mix it well and make a DOUGH.

  4. 4

    Now make cutlets.

  5. 5

    Heat OIL in a kadai. When OIL heated reduce the flame till medium.

  6. 6

    Fry CUTLET on medium flame.

  7. 7

    Serve CUTLET with CORIANDER and CURD chutney.
