Ingredients

  1. 1large onion, finely diced
  2. 1celery stick, diced
  3. 1red pepper, diced
  4. 500 grminced beef
  5. 4garlic cloves, finely chopped
  6. 1 tbspdried oregano
  7. 1 tbspgaram masala
  8. 1 tbspchilli powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander
  10. 1 tbspsugar
  11. 400 gtin tomatoes
  12. 1 tinkidney beans
  13. 400 mlbeef stock (or vegetable stock or water)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and cook onion pepper and celery until translucent

  2. 2

    Turn up the heat and add the beef, leave it for a minute to brown on the underside, then start breaking it cook until completely browned.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, oregano, spices and sugar, stir for a couple of minute then add tomatoes and beef stock, leave it to simmer for 1 hour add the bean half way through
