Ingredients

  1. 1& 1/4 cup full fat fresh milk (you can use skimmed milk or coconut milk or Almond milk)
  2. 1/2 Tbspcoconut oil
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  5. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  7. 2medjool dates pitted
  8. 1/2″ cube fresh ginger peeled

Cooking Instructions

    In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, whisk together milk, coconut oil and spices until warm. Do not let mixture come to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

    Once mixture has cooled, transfer to blender cup with pitted medjool dates and fresh ginger. Blend mixture until smooth
    Transfer turmeric latte in a mug, Enjoy !

    If you like more warm so you can warm in microwave.
