Cooking Instructions

Mince the garlic, and chop the bacon into 2cm pieces.

Rinse the spinach in water. Cut the leaves into large thirds.

Over medium heat, melt the butter in a wok and fry the bacon and garlic. Add the spinach stems.

Add the middle part of the spinach and continue frying over a medium heat.

Turn the heat to high and add wine (or sake). Warm yourself up as well!

Add the spinach leaves and stir-fry quickly.

Drizzle soy sauce from the side of the wok. Season with salt and pepper, mix, and it's done!
