Semolina Halva (with almond) Semolina Halva (with almond)

We usually use pine nuts, but I used almond slices for it. If you don't have molasses it's okay too. My mom doesn't use it, she uses a packet of vanilla . Rae

Farsalon Halva (Lenten) Farsalon Halva (Lenten)
This halva reminds me of the Larissa fair. Every September, my family and I would go, back when it was at Alcazar, next to the AEL stadium. We always bought halva and chestnuts. My childhood home is very close, so we were at the fair every day for a week. Those were wonderful times... So today, with this recipe, I tried to relive those carefree years!
