This is really so easy n yummy recipe, try this superb recipe.
Cooking Instructions

First rub the paneer for 10 minute. Then add all purpose flour and again rub it well.

Now make even sized balls with the mixture and set aside.

Take 3 cup of water in pressure cooker and add jaggery and sugar. Let it boil for 7 minute. After 7 minute add paneer balls in to it and let it cook for another 7 minutes.

Allow the pressure cooker to cool and your dates jaggery rasgulla is ready to serve.

You can refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving,Can be served hot or chilled.

Garnish with chopped pistachio
