The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!

The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel cucumbers and slice very thin.
- 2
Sprinkle cucumbers with sugar, chives/onion, tomato(optional).
- 3
In a small jar or bowl with lid, combine oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, shake well.
- 4
Pour prepared dressing over cucumbers, toss well. Better when chilled.
