Banana bread is originally from America. It is a cake-like bread and it is easy to bake. There are different favours of Banana Bread, such as raisin and chocolate. I think cinnamon will be a good combination as well with Banana. Here is my easy homemade recipe of Cinnamon Banana Bread and please try it out :)

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

Mash the bananas into paste and coat them with honey, set aside.

Melt unsalted butter into warm almond milk, set aside.

  3. 3

Beat the egg in a large mixing bowl, add in sugar and mix well until all sugar is dissolved.

  7. 7

After 25 mins, remove the cake from the oven and carefully cut a vertical line on the cake surface. Put the cake back to the oven, bake it for another 25 mins at 170°C (338 F) or until it is fully cooked.

I use ounces, not grams & F., not C. I do not have a conversion chart. I would like to make this, but I can't the way it is now. Thank you for any help. Patti.
