Roasted Corn and Chicken Chowder

Lightly brown corn in skillet. Set aside.

Cook onion in oil 5 minutes. Add potatoes & broth. Cover, simmer until potatoes are done.

In 2 qt saucepan melt butter, add flour and stir. Add half & half, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened. Add sauce to potato mixture. Stir in corn, chicken and roasted peppers. Simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
