This is not so much a recipe, as it's really just a lazy alternative to real choco. covered strawberries. It's something my sis showed me when I was younger, and I wanted to make some today.

I adapted this recipe from 2 peas and their pod.. the family said they are the best cookies they ever had! And not to share the recipe. Because they should be a secret. Lol. So here ya go! I'm sharing! ;) these are slightly crispy on outside and soft and gooey in the middle.. yum

Cool. Creamy. Refreshing and easy to make. Individual mint cream tarts are really festive and can be made ahead . If you don’t have individual spring form pans a 8 inch one or 8 inch cake pan will also work although the cake pan will have to be cut in the pan.

I just recently came across these dark chocolate chips filled with delicious mint. They make a great chocolate chip cookie with the refreshing mint. I added peanut M&Ms for a red/green Holiday cookie but any can be used or omitted if nuts are not wanted!

This recipe is my flourless chocolate cake made into a wafer like soft cookie. The cookies are not particularly attractive! They are quite flat and sort of miss shaped, but they taste great and worked perfect for what I wanted them for. They are a great crust for molded desserts. This cookie recipe has a high proportion of butter so they will spread out to be very thin and crisp. You can reduce the butter up to half for an even crispier cookie. When you bake, dough will spread out quite a bit, so give each cookie plenty of room to avoid them sticking together.

This is an easy, no-bake treat that helps to round out a cookie tray nicely. They're easy to make and can be pretty addicting.
