Steps

Heat up oil in a pan.

Add cubes onions and saute them 1 min,then take them out in a plate.

Now in the same pan add bay leaf,cardemom,cloves and red chilli whole,saute them for 10 sec.

Now add finely chopped onions and fry them untill golden brown.Add red bell pepper too.(optional)you can use green also.

Now add ginger garlic paste,green chilli and cook for a min.

Then add tomato sauce,thick curd (keep your flame on low)mix well and add 1/4 cup water..

Cover with a lid and cook them for 2 mins.

After 2 mins,add cubes paneer and fried onions cubes..mix them gently.

Add kasoori methi and chopped coriander leaves..

Cook them for another 2 min then switch off the flame serve hot with roti,naan and enjoy.
