Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1small packet noodles boiled
  • as requiredRefined oil
  • 1 tspGinger and garlic minced
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1Carrot julienned
  • 1Capsicum julienned
  • as requiredSpring onion greens chopped
  • as requiredSoy sauce
  • as requiredRed chilli sauce
  • 1 tspVinegar
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as per tasteWhite pepper

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the noodles for 5 minutes. And then take it out in a strainer plate and run cold water through it. As it will stop the cooking process.

  2. 2

    Keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Take some oil in a pan. Add the minced ginger and garlic to it. Saute it.

  4. 4

    Add all the veggies and stir it well. We do not need to cook it much as the crunchiness of the veggies should remain intact.

  5. 5

    Add salt, peppers and all the sauces to it. Give it all a nice mix.

  6. 6

    Then add the boiled noodles to this. And stir it well so that the sauces are coated to it.

  7. 7

    And serve hot
