This is an Indo Chinese fusion recipe.Moong Dal chilla Stuffed with chinese style stuffing.

Soak 1 cup yellow Moong dal for 4 hours.Take the soaked Dal in a mixi jar,add crushed ginger,2 green chillies,salt and 1/4 cup water.Grind in to a dosa batter like consistency.Transfer the batter into a bowl.keep all the Ingredients ready.

In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil,add schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup and Saute for a minute.Add all chopped veggies,salt and pepper.mix well.Saute for 2-3 minutes.off the flame.Heat non stick tawa,spread 2 ladles of Moongdal batter on it.Apply 1/2 tbsp Ghee all around and cook till crisp.Spread the veg mixture evenly on it.

Roll the stuffed chilla.tranafer into a Plate.

Cut it into 4 equal parts.serve hot with coconut chutney,schezwan sauce.
