In a bowl mix together the dry ingredients.Flour,sugar,milk,yeast,salt until they are well combined

Then add the warm water and mix well with a whisk or wooden spoon.mix well until all lumps are smooth

Cover the mixture with cling film and keep it in a warm area to rise for about 30mins

Put the oil in a frying pan turn on the fire and let the oil heat for about 15mins.then grab small amount of the mixture and squeeze small balls into the oil, fry it until it is golden brown. Serve it with any type of soda drink.ENJOY
