  • 1/2 kgpotato (boil & smashed)
  • 250 gmwheat flour
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • 2 tbspgarlic ginger green chill paste
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tasteRock salt
  • as neededGhee or butter

    In bowl add aloo flour all ingredients and make a soft dough

  2. 2

    From dough make Paratha how much thick you need

  3. 3

    Heat a pan & roast the Paratha cook them on both side by adding ghee or butter in low flame

  4. 4

    Serve it with curd
