Beans in poppy paste
Steps

Cut the beans into an inch long portions. Clean well. Heat oil in a kadhai.

Add in the seeds and whole red chilli. Let crackle. Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. When done add the beans and potatoes. Add turmeric powder and salt. Cook on high flame for 3 minutes reduce the flame and when the beans become a bit tender. Add the poppy paste.

Cook on low flame till poppy paste blends into beans.

Add desiccated coconut and cook for few more minutes. Garnish with dessicated coconut. Serve as side dish.
