Take basmati rice in a deep bowl add water and washed nicely

Again add sufficient water

And soaked for 1 hour

Now boil water with lemon wedges, when water boil add soaked rice

Cook rice only 75 to 80 percent. When done strain this

Wait to dissolve sugar when done switch of gas
