Steps

Heat a pan put ghee and semolina.

Roast the semolina on medium flame till it change in colour and starts giving a nice aroma.

Then add 2 cup of water, sugar and cook till it starts leaving the pan.

Now add crushed cardamom and switch off the gas.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
