#healthylunch
Raita is the common name of a condiment, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made with dahi (yogurt, often referred to as curd) together with raw or cooked vegetables, fruits or boondi. In Gujarat it is made on Shitala Satam and serve with poori or thepla. Today i have made raita from banana and sev. This one is my unique recipe. It is healthy as well as tasty. It is really simple to make.
