  • 1fresh tomatoes

  • Tomato source
  • 1bulb onion
  • Lettuce
  • 1 pieceTamarind

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice tomatoes, onion, lettuce and persley

  2. 2

    Mix all the sliced ingredients,add salt and tomato source

  3. 3

    Sock the tamarind for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Sieve the socked tamarind and add the juice to the other ingredients and serve
