Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1/2 ltrmilk
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  4. 1 tbspchopped dry fruits (almond, pistachio and cashew)
  5. strandsFew saffron
  6. As requiredMelted chocolate
  7. As requiredEdible golden glitter

  1. 1

    Melt dark Chocolate in double boiling method, fill it in silicone cups and coat it overall to make a cup

    Freeze it for 15 mints to set, demould it brush with glitter put in freeze again and leave

  3. 3

    Boil milk to reduce till half now add sugar

    Add cardamom powder, saffron, dry-fruits mix well, put off the gas. Allow it to cool in refrigerator

  5. 5

    Cup and rabri should be chilled while serving, for garnishing u can add almonds.
