Ingredients

  1. 1small bowl chna dal
  2. 3/4urad dal
  3. 1 tbsginger paste
  4. Halftbs garlic paste
  5. Halftbs green chilli paste
  6. 1 tbslemon juice
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. leafSome fresh chopped coriander
  9. Pinch of red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbsolive oil
  13. ,1 tbschaat msala
  14. 1 tbsblack salt
  15. 1/2 cupcup bhel puri sev
  16. As requiredGreen chutney but i used red chillis chutney
  17. 1 tbspEno
  18. Pinchbacking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Frist rinces the mix dal and sock it 5 to 6 hours then drain and make a smooth paste mixture then remove the bowl and 5 to 6 hour keep a side

  2. 2

    After 6 hours in a bowl take a mixture then add turmeric powder, ginger, garlic paste, salt according ur taste, oil, green chilli paste, eno,baking soda mix well properly our better is ready to steem..

  3. 3

    Now heat the steemar grease the whole steemar pan then add prepared mixture sprinkle the pinch of red chilli powder cover and cook on midum flame in 40 min..

  4. 4

    Let it col remove the plates and sprinkle the chat msala, black salt, add the lemon juice, chutney, olive oil, chopped onion, coriander top garnish to sev......

  5. 5

    Note. Serve it hot.
