1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspCarrom seeds
As requiredDesi ghee for shallow frying

Knead the dough using milk

Cover it and keep for half an hour
3

Roll it and apply ghee. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds and fold
4

Roll it again and put on the hot griddle. Apply ghee and cook both the sides
5

Paranthas are ready to be served or packed for travelling
