  • 1 kgBeef mince
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tspBlack pepper
  • 2 tspGaram masala
  • Onions 6 to 8 chopperized and squeezed its water
  • 2 tbspGinger/garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspMeat tenderizer

Steps

8 to 10 mins.
  1. 1

    In a chopper add mince along with onions and spices.

    Chopperize well and take it out in a bowl. Refrigerate till the time of use.
