  4. DHANIYA POWDER ½ t.sp
  5. CHILLI powder ½ TB.sp
  6. Ginger garlic powder 3tb.sp
  7. KOOTI Laal mirch ½ tb.sp
  8. to tasteGreen chillies chopped
  9. Hara DHANIYA 2 tb.sp
  10. Lemon juice / vinegar 2lemon
  11. Crushed black pepper 1t.sp
  12. Yogurt 1pao
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 cupOil
  15. 1 pinchGARAM MASALA
  16. Chaat masala ½ t.sp
  17. ZEERA ½ tb.sp

Cooking Instructions

    METHOD
    Sab ingredients cooker m add kark Ghosh ko tender karlain or bhunnay jaab oil oper aanay lage TU har DHANIYA or green chillies add kark dam pay rakhain

    Phir alag pateeli m. Add karain or botion ko spoon say tor tor k achi tarhan bhunnay jo oil usi m ya thora add karlain or bhunntay jaaien

    Bhunntay jaaien slow flame pay tak HALKA sa sakhth honay lage tu green chillies or koti Mirch dall k bhunnay gosht ko achi tarahn tor Lena hai tak reyshay hojaae. Serve karain lemon k sath fork k sath noosh farmaaien
