Green Pepper Sautéed with Sesame Seeds
When I used to eat bentos for lunch, green peppers with semi-dried baby sardines was a regular item. Now, I'm into making sautéd vegetables, like eggplant sprinkled with sesame seeds. If you prefer a crispy texture, be careful not to overcook the peppers. You can add the sesame seeds in Step 4 after removing the pepper slices from heat. Sesame Peanut noodles, spicy
Simple, complex and good. Here is a good noodle dish, not to difficult. My wife likes peanuts for her garnish, I'm partial to the green onion and sesame seeds. The way this is made, I would rate "some spicy", my wife was "spicy". You can of course adjust the heat level to your liking, or in my case, to my wife's liking 😁

Sesame Flavored Chinese Spaghetti Napolitan
My family loved spaghetti Napolitan (a Japanese-style pasta dish). I wanted to give them a variation of it sometimes, and this recipe is the result. I used Chinese ingredients like bok choy and char siu instead of the usual western ingredients (like bell peppers, mushrooms, wiener sausages etc.) and just added 100% sesame oil! This transforms the usual spaghetti Napolitan into a fragrant, rich Chinese-style dish.Cook the spaghetti in lots of boiling water. Please boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Stir fry the stem part of the bok choy leaves first, and then add the leaf part. Adjust the amount of salt and pepper and toasted sesame seeds to taste. Recipe by Kadoya-seiyu

Spinach with Sesame Seed Side Dish
・ While spinach is a winter vegetable, it's generally available year-round to enjoy as a seasonal dish at any time.・The ceramic bowl shown in the photo is a Mishima rice bowl made by Mutsuhiko Shimura. It's a perfect size for side dishes, and the natural pattern, gloss, and deep green-tinged color make it an attractive dish for colorful items.・ When parboiling the spinach, if the leaves are boiled for too long, they will lose their texture, and the color will darken.・ To drain the excess water from the spinach, after parboiling, thoroughly squeeze the excess water with your hands. If it's too watery, the flavors will not hold. For 2 servings. Recipe by Ta-Ke-O

Sesame Sauce
I thought of a sesame sauce for ramen noodle salads and bang bang chicken. The sauce is pretty sweet, so adjust the sugar as you taste. If you plan to serve this to children, replace the sake for water as you won't burn off the alcohol. Recipe by 1630412

Bean Sprouts With Sesame Vingar Soy Sauce
My mother used to make this for us a lot. It's so light, and I've always loved it.Be sure to squeeze off all the excess moisture from the bean sprouts. If you marinate them for a while in the refrigerator and let the flavors blend together really well, they'll be even more delicious and refreshing. For 1 bag of bean sprouts (200 g).
