  2. 2Onions
  3. 250 gmPaneer
  4. 1capsicum
  5. 1 tspRefined flour
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspBlack pepper crushed
  8. As neededOil for frying
  9. 1 tbspTomato ketchup
  10. 1 tbspRed chilli sauce
  11. 1 tspSoya sauce
  12. As needed red chilli flakes
  13. 1 cupSteamed rice
  14. 1 tspghee
  15. 1 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all the vegetables, put it in pan and add some oil.

    Saute the onion.

    And then saute all the other vegetables.

    Then add all sauces in the same utensil.

  5. 5

    Now coat paneer with some corn flour.

  6. 6

    Then fry it.

  7. 7

    Add this paneer to the above made gravy.

    Chilli paneer is ready to serve. Serve it with jeera rice.
