gosht ko pehlay sy boil karlain. ab oil m piyaaz or elaichi ko add krk golden brown karna hy piyaaz ko phir. is m g.garlic paste add kaarain mix karain is m chopped tomatoes add kar chilli powder, turmeric,zeera, coriander powder,sonf sabit dhaniya add kark bhunnay

This yummy dish can be enjoyed with plain biryani, pulao, kulcha, naan or tandoori roti. It is unsure how the name originated. According to some sauces, it is derived from the fact that it was cooked / served in an iron wok resembling a balti (bucket).
