Cooking Instructions

Cut and clean fish and keep aside.
Take a bowl add chilli powder (as per ur taste), Hing powder, salt and little water make thick paste. Marinate this on cut and cleaned fish and keep aside for at least 30 min, then add rice powder, mix it well and deep fry till crisp.
Enjoy your crispy fish with sambhar and rice.
