Ingredients

400 goreo biscuits
150 gmelted butter
300 gdark chocolate
100 gmilk chocolate
200 mlwhipping cream

Steps

Place 300g oreo biscuits into a food processor and process until it becomes fine crumbs.

Mix melted butter into crushed oreo biscuits.

Press biscuit mixture firmly into a greased 20cm round pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

While biscuit base is chilling place chocolate and cream in a double boiler and melt until well combined and smooth. Pour into prepared biscuit base.

Crush remainder of oreo biscuits on top of your tart, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream. #sweettooth
