Steps

Firstly wash the rice and soak for 1/2 hour and after 1/2 hour cook the rice upto 80 percent and then strain it. Keep it aside for few minutes.

Heat a kadhai and put ghee in it. Now add cloves and cardamoms in the ghee. After all this add sugar and water in it and bring it a boil.

Add food colour in it. Then we need to prepare the sugar syrup. Then put the cooked rice in the sugar syrup and mix it well.

When the rice absorbs all the sugar syrup add dry fruits to it. Now add cardamom powder to the rice and turn off the gas.
