Ingredients

3 servings

2 cupsurad dal
1 inchginger
2green chillies
fewcurry leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
As neededsalt
as requiredOil for frying

Steps

Soak dal overnight and grind with adding ginger and chilli then add salt and other ingredients listed and mix well thoroughly using hands once done.

Heat oil and in medium flame cook the vadas till golden brown. Ready to serve with chutney. Goes well with sambhar.
