Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsWheat flour
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 1 cupFresh Cream
  4. 1 cupJaggery
  5. 1/2Chopped mixed nuts(Almonds, Cashews, pistachios, walnuts)
  6. 1 SachetEno
  7. 2 tbspCocoa powder
  8. 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  9. 3/4-1 cupwarm milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Take jaggery in a pan melt it. Add cream to it and mix well. Add cocoa powder, nuts and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add milk powder, vanilla essence, and fold it gently till all ingredients combine properly.

  3. 3

    Add. Wheat flour, Eno, and gently mix it. Add required quantity of milk to get idli consistency batter.

  4. 4

    Transfer the batter to the container. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 25 to 30 minutes. Microwave on hi for 7- minutes In a cooker add water remove whistle and ring and bake for 35-40 minutes.
