Take jaggery in a pan melt it. Add cream to it and mix well. Add cocoa powder, nuts and mix well.

Add milk powder, vanilla essence, and fold it gently till all ingredients combine properly.

Add. Wheat flour, Eno, and gently mix it. Add required quantity of milk to get idli consistency batter.

Transfer the batter to the container. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 25 to 30 minutes. Microwave on hi for 7- minutes In a cooker add water remove whistle and ring and bake for 35-40 minutes.
