Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgmutton
  • 3 tbspgram flour
  • 1 tspwhite flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1tomato
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tspfull crushed garlic
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the mutton with black pepper, half tsp salt, crushed garlic and one tomato

    Now prepare the ingredients for the batter.the gram flour,white flour,salt and egg

    Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the egg.mix well.make batter by adding in water and mix well

    Heat oil.add the boiled mutton PCs into the batter.mix well

    Deep fry the mutton.

    Remove on a strainer.serve with a spicy tomato chutney
